Remarking of Decision Making Yes/No Questions

6 years ago by Robert
In order to better simulate the grading of the UCAT, MedEntry has updated how certain Decision Making questions are graded in Practice Exams and Subtest Mocks.
Decision Making questions with 5 drag and drop YES/NO options, are now graded out of 2 marks, which are awarded as follows:
Correct Yes/No responses |
Mark |
0, 1, 2 or 3 |
0 |
4 |
1 |
5 |
2 |
Each MedEntry practice exam contains approximately 10 of these questions. Therefore, your total grade for the 29 Decision Making questions in MedEntry UCAT Practice Exams will be out of approximately 39 marks.
Please note: if you completed any UCAT Practice Exams before April 2019, your exam attempts would have been automatically remarked using this marking scheme. This may result in some changes to your percentile rankings for the Decision Making subtest.
