Each question that you ask Mai, will count as one prompt.

Yes, you can purchase a Mai add-on pack with 500 additional prompts

The cost for an additional 500 prompts is $95 AUD/NZD.

A multiyear package, will have the same amount of prompts as the single year package, i.e.
Essentials / Headstart Essentials Package: 10 prompts
Premium / Headstart Premium Package: 500 prompts
Comprehensive / Headstart Comprehensive Package: 1000 prompts

Students will only have a roll over of their unused prompts.
