You can access all your products online, via this website. As soon as payment is confirmed, you will be provided with access to MedEntry’s Online Learning Platform. This will allow you to access all of your materials.
To login, click on the "Login" button in the top right corner of the webpage. Then simply log in using your username and password (a temporary password is included in your registration email) and you will be logged in to the Online Learning Platform.. You can access your resources from any computer, smartphone or tablet that has access to the internet.
Online export support is included in Premium and Comprehensive packages, and those students with Weekly Classes. Students with these packages can send us an email with the details, or click on the 'report issue/request help' button connected with any specific question or resource on the MedEntry platform and an expert online tutor will respond. This allows students to obtain expert help with difficult UCAT questions and concepts, which is invaluable for learning.
Students with an Essential package can only access help with specific questions and resources from other MedEntry students (via community forums and discussion on the online learning platform).
Students with a Premium or Comprehensive package can use the MedEntry AI tutor (otherwise known as Mai!) Mai can:
Answer questions about the UCAT, medical entrance, and related topics.
Provide performance analysis based on your practice and mock exams.
Give tips and strategies to improve your UCAT performance.
Guide you through using the MedEntry Online Learning Platform.
Refer you to relevant resources, articles, and practice materials.
If you have never been able to access the Online Learning Platform successfully, please click here to see how to disable some of the most commonly used popup blockers. Please only send an email to MedEntry AFTER you have tried the detailed instructions in the PDF.
Very occasionally, technical problems with the website and Online Learning Platform may arise. Usually these problems resolve within a couple of hours. If you are unable to log into the Online Learning Platform, but have previously been able to, please try logging in again after about an hour. If it is still not working, please contact us and we will endeavour to fix the problem as soon as possible.
Occasionally the Online Learning Platform will be offline for important maintenance and updates. These downtimes should only last a few hours and students will be notified in advance.
Interview tutoring includes 5 hours of one-to-one online / virtual tutoring with an interview tutor. Your tutor will help you perfect your interview technique and provide personalised feedback on your responses.
